Experts study rail options in Cebu
A team of experts from Singapore is doing a feasibility study for the proposed LRT plan in Cebu according to Michael Dino, the presidential assistant for the Visayas. The study for the LRT, announced by President Rodrigo Duterte in his SONA last Monday, is expected to be finished in October.
