Etude House Philippines will open its first concept store in Cebu, at SM Seaside City, this December, a company executive said. Andrea Amado, Etude House Philippines president, said the Korean brand has created a new concept for its skin and makeup products and they decided to implement it first in Cebu, citing their big customer base here.
