Taft Properties has turned over an initial batch of units in what is currently Cebu’s tallest residential building – Horizons 101 – in special handover ceremonies. Chris Narciso, president and chief operating officer of Taft Properties, said they will be turning over the rest of the units to homeowners within five months.
