MyCebu.ph, Philippine wireless leader Smart Communications Inc. and the Cebu City Government are offering a free electronic guidebook on Cebu City.
The e-guidebook comes in two formats. To download, click on the appropriate format for your device. You will need to have an e-reader application like iBooks, Aldiko and Stanza in order to read the e-book.
