Multi-awarded real estate developer Contempo Property Holdings Inc. championed the beauty and strength of Cebu by supporting Ms. Universe Philippines Cebu pageant.
The first Miss Universe pageant held locally in Cebu, MUPH Cebu represented 19 municipalities and cities, and declared seven (7) winners from Cebu City North, Bantayan Island, Talisay City, Minglanilla, Lapu-lapu City, Carcar City, and San Fernando.
Miss Universe Philippines Cebu 2024 Kris Janson received one unit from Sweetberries Community as the grand prize.
Sweetberries Community is a project of CPHI’s affiliate company, Sunberry Homes Inc. The 3.6-hectare residential project in Cambuhawe, Balamban features a one-story townhouse with environment-friendly features and family-centered amenities.
On the other hand, Miss Universe Philippines Cebu Tourism 2024 Juvel Ducay, received a one-year stay at Bamboo Bay Community.
Bamboo Bay Community is CPHI’s flagship project consisting of three-tower condominiums with resort-style amenities. The condo borders Cebu City and Mandaue City and is highly accessible to malls and other commercial establishments.
