Built according to world class standards, the Latitude Corporate Center is the first 5-star BERDE certified commercial building in Cebu.
Jose Franco Soberano, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, said the company joined forces with the Borromeo Brothers Estate, Inc. to create a 3,000-square meter property and put up a beautiful 5-star green building under the BLCBP Ventures in Cebu Business Park.
Launched in 2021, the 24-storey Latitude Corporate Center was recently awarded Cebu City’s first prestigious five-star certification under the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) system.
Green building design
The P1.2-billion tower has a modern and sleek design with floor to ceiling glass windows. It’s green building design particularly highlights sustainable features of ample LED lighting, high-performance building envelope, operable windows for natural ventilation, rainwater collection system, stub-outs for fresh air provision, material recovery facility, plaza with tree sanctuary, live wall at main lobbies, 60% glass ration, and 20% vegetated green spaces.
Its schematic building design follows a unique “stacked building blocks” form to mirror a minimal, elegant, and timeless facade.

Leading architectural firm AIDEA Philippines, Inc. master planned the building’s design. This is the same firm that helped conceptualize CLI premier projects 38 Park Avenue and Abaca Resort Mactan.

The Latitude Corporate Center caters to local and multinational businesses and can accommodate small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large-scale businesses with spaces tailor fit for BPO offices on the 8th to 12th floors, enterprise offices on the 14th to 16th floors, and Executive offices on the 17th to 24th floors.
It has 83 units comprising 35,000 square meters of gross floor area and leasable spaces ranging from 51 square meters up to 2,000 square meters, ideal for retail and office locators.
