Sugbusog on a Platter
Choose from three of our Sugbusog Platters when you dine at the Lobby Lounge or El Viento Restaurant and Pool Bar from January 15 to 31, 2021. Each platter consists of rice, a vegetable dish, and five main dishes, good for three to four persons. Set A consists of kinilawng’ itlog maalat, balbacua, sinugbang nukos, ginabot, bam-i, and adobong pinauga and four cups of rice. Avail of this set for P2,750 nett.
Set B is inclusive of kinilawng’ talong, humba, sinugbang malasugue, ngohiong, bam-i, lechon manok and four cups of rice. This set is for P2,000 nett.
Finally Set C has kinilawng nangka, kalderetang kanding, sinugbang pasayan, lumpia, bam-i, adobong pinauga, and four cups of rice. Order this for P2,500 nett.

Viva Forever Room Package
