PLDT rounded up its regional finalists for the PLDT 88 Hackathon Challenge as it recently awarded the winners from the Visayas-Mindanao leg with the winners coming from Davao and Cebu.
Teams Sweet & Halang, and DUitYusip from Davao and Team Logic from Cebu were hailed as the top winning teams to represent the VisMin leg, besting 17 other competing groups in the 2-day challenge.
Designing and creating solutions overnight, the three teams presented the winning tools to help enhance customer experience with judges deliberating in both Davao and Cebu through a state-of-the-art teleconferencing facility.
The Ultimate Pitch is the final showdown where they will present their winning solutions to PLDT’s top management to take home P100,000 and a shot at getting their ideas help millions of Filipino subscribers.
