The Primer Group of Companies, a distributor of top consumer brands, is holding a bodega sale at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino starting today and until August 28. The sale offers discounts of up to 80% off on such brands as Timbuk2, Delsey, Fitflop, Flossy, Tumi, JanSport, Columbia, Herschel, DC, The North Face, Hedgren, Quiksilver, Roxy, O’neill, Volcom and many more.
Yesterday, the bodega sale was opened to media, partners and other guests of the company. The MyCebu.ph team was among those invited to the early sale and boy did we spot some great bargains. We got a family-sized World Traveler luggage (good for 20 kilos, the attendant told us) for P3,600 from the original price of P7,990. There was a great looking Delsey luggage for P7,000 from the original price of P12,000.
One of the boxes placed on the floor contains a trove of Timbuk2 laptop bags, messenger bags and backpacks. Most are discounted 50% or even higher. There were also great finds among the Hedgren bags. Shirts, shorts and other athletic apparel are sold with a huge slash of the prices, some up to 80% off.
In footwear, there are great deals among the displayed pairs of The North Face, Salomon and Fitflops. Although the sale is on until August 28, you are better off heading there as soon as it opens today at 10 a.m., the bargains are such that people are sure to flock to the place, what with word about the huge discounts spreading quickly.
