Designed like two overlapping pearls with interiors that take inspiration from the surrounding greenery, Marco Polo Parkplace will soon rise within exclusive Nivel Hills as the fifth and final tower in the Federal Land development Marco Polo Residences.
The latest condominium building, which has just began construction, will have 350 residential units covering a selection of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom with living spaces ranging from 30 to 79 square meters.

The Marco Polo Residences is strategically located on 3 hectares of Cebu City’s hilly terrain, giving it unobstructed views of the island’s thriving metropolis and coastlines. It is Federal Land’s first residential project outside of Luzon.

Jay Angeles, project planning officer, said the first two towers of the Marco Polo Residences are 80 percent occupied, third tower started turnover this year, and the fourth tower is scheduled for completion in 2020.
The premier real estate developer looks at affluent locals, foreign investors, and high-end tourists as top markets for its premium development in Cebu, added Cabato.

Within the Marco Polo Parkplace tower, modern amenities include a lobby lounge, art room, fitness studio, KTV room, outdoor function room, plush mini theater, and sky lounge on the roof deck of the 30-storey tower.
These form part of a total of 48 indoor amenities throughout the five towers that are available to Marco Polo Residences homeowners, such as a co-working space, pantry, wine cellar, reading area, quiet room, culinary station, and spa pavilion among others.
They can also expect such outdoor facilities as the lap, leisure, and kids’ pools, putting green, pavilion, jogging path, wood deck, grill area, dry and wet play spaces.
