The workout started off smoothly—warm-ups, some stretches—but as we transitioned into high-intensity routines, I quickly grasped how demanding Crossfit can be.

Box steps were part of the circuit, and during one hurried attempt, I missed my footing and stumbled. Thankfully, my adidas Dropset 3 strength training shoes provided enough grip and cushioning to prevent injury—a small misstep that underscored the importance of supportive footwear.

NOT JUST APPAREL, EXERCISE ALLY. With Hannah Abelgas, my partner during the Crossfit session. Our adidas gear - Dropset 3 strength training shoes, Optime 3-Stripes ¼ short leggings, a supportive sports bra, and Climacool socks - helped us make it through the session.

When I received the invitation to work out at the Arcanys Crossfit gym on a Sunday, I didn’t hesitate to say yes. Regular exercise has always been part of my routine, so I wasn’t too worried about keeping up.

I’d heard plenty about Crossfit but never found the time to try it, especially since it’s typically held in specialized gyms with expert instructors. What made this event even more exciting was the chance to test the new Adidas strength training collection while taking on intense Crossfit moves.

Clad in adidas Dropset 3 strength training shoes, Optime 3-Stripes ¼ short leggings, a supportive sports bra, and Climacool socks, I felt ready—at least in terms of gear. How hard could it be, right?

As the session progressed, squats, lunges, and pushing movements pushed both my strength and endurance to the limit. Through it all, the Optime leggings hugged my body like a second skin—stretching without restriction, never riding up or bunching. The Climacool socks kept my feet dry despite the constant motion, making each rep a little more bearable.

By the end of the workout, every muscle ached, but I couldn’t help feeling accomplished. Strength training demands more than just willpower—it requires the right support. Comfortable, well-fitted gym wear makes a world of difference, allowing you to focus on every movement without distraction.

What stood out most was how my adidas gear felt like an ally, not just apparel. The adidas Dropset 3 shoes provided stability and grip during lifts and lunges, while the Optime leggings moved with me through every squat and stretch. Knowing that the leggings are made with at least 70% recycled materials added another layer of satisfaction—small steps toward sustainability in every workout.

Crossfit pushes you to your limits, but the right gear makes every step, lift, and stumble a little easier.
